Initially formed years ago, the Nevada County Industrial Development Corporation was revived in 1990. The Corporation is recognized by the Arkansas Department of Economic Development as the official industrial development agency for Nevada County. Each year the Corporation elects six of its board members to serve on the Interlocal Cooperative Industrial Development Board of Directors.
